Join the award-winning Mercedes-Benz Brisbane Service team as our Customer Contact Consultant! We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our high-performing team based in Newstead.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will play an integral role in delivering a premium Mercedes-Benz experience. You will provide exceptional customer service over the phone, support customer enquiries, coordinate appointments, and help ensure a seamless journey across our dealership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences
• Booking appointments and supporting dealership enquiries
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
• Handling customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and care
• Accurately maintaining customer information across multiple systems
• Supporting the wider team to achieve customer satisfaction and performance outcomes

About You

• Exceptional communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people
• The ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong computer literacy
• A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar role (Previous experience in a similar or related role is highly encouraged)
