Mercedes-Benz Brisbane Autobody is looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Spray Painter to join our high-performing team. This is a great opportunity to begin your career in the automotive industry with one of the world’s most recognised brands.

As an Apprentice Spray Painter, you will work alongside experienced technicians and learn all aspects of automotive refinishing, including surface preparation, colour matching, and spray painting to Mercedes-Benz standards. This is a 4-year apprenticeship, combining on-the-job training with formal study.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learning spray painting and refinishing techniques
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting the team to deliver high-quality finishes
• Following workshop processes and safety procedures
• Assisting with vehicle preparation, sanding, masking, priming and Buffing

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine interest in automotive and spray painting
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Current driver’s licence 
• Must be 18 years or older
• Full Australian working rights
• Commitment to completing a 4-year apprenticeship
