Accounts Receivable Administrator | Mercedes-Benz Sydney

Mercedes-Benz Sydney is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work within a global luxury automotive brand in a supportive and fast-paced dealership environment.

As an Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal departments and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate allocation of payments.
• Follow up outstanding accounts and manage debtor collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Work closely with the Sales, Service and Parts departments regarding invoicing and payments.
• Prepare reports relating to outstanding balances and debtor ageing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

About You

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (automotive or ERA experience is advantageous).
• A proactive and team-focused attitude.
