Mercedes-Benz Sydney is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our dynamic Service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Service team
Manage service bookings, job cards, and documentation
Liaise with customers, technicians, and service advisors
Process invoice, warranties, and internal paperwork
Maintain accurate records and systems
Deliver a high standard of customer service
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or service support role (automotive experience preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using computer systems and databases
