Mercedes-Benz Sydney is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our award-winning New Car Sales department. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the largest Mercedes-Benz dealership in Sydney and represent one of the world’s most prestigious luxury automotive brands.

Base Salary + Super + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS + Company Vehicle

The Role

• Achieving and exceeding individual sales and profit targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service aligned with Mercedes-Benz standards
• Maintaining expert product knowledge across the Mercedes-Benz range
• Establishing new customer relationships and strengthening existing ones
• Managing the end-to-end sales process with professionalism and integrity
• Working collaboratively within a high-performing sales team

About You

• 3+ years experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role
• A strong, goal-driven mindset with a passion for success
• Confident, enthusiastic, and professional presentation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within the organisation
• A current driver’s licence
• Experience within luxury automotive brands will be highly regarded.
