Mercedes-Benz Sydney is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our dynamic Service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and customer support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Service team
  • Manage service bookings, job cards, and documentation
  • Liaise with customers, technicians, and service advisors
  • Process invoice, warranties, and internal paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records and systems
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or service support role (automotive experience preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using computer systems and databases
