Mercedes-Benz Vans Eagle Farm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Controller to oversee and coordinate daily workshop operations within our busy and high-performing Vans division.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about productivity, quality workmanship, and team performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and controlling the daily workflow of the workshop
• Allocating jobs effectively to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Monitoring repair progress and ensuring deadlines are met
• Supporting and guiding technicians with technical and operational matters
• Maintaining a high-quality workmanship standard
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Conducting toolbox talks and reinforcing workplace safety expectations
• Assisting with complex diagnostics where required

About You

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Technician
• Proven leadership experience within an automotive workshop
• Strong organisational and workflow management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-performance environment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant automotive trade qualifications
• Current driver’s licence
