About the Role

As a Spray Painter within our Autobody department, you will be responsible for delivering high quality paint and refinishing work on Mercedes-Benz vehicles. You will collaborate closely with skilled technicians, estimators, and workshop leaders to ensure every repair meets our exacting standards of workmanship, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high quality paint preparation, colour matching, refinishing, and final detailing
• Carry out minor body and paint repairs in line with manufacturer standards
• Maintain an organised work area with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
• Ensure accurate documentation of work performed
• Contribute positively to a professional team culture and uphold Mercedes-Benz brand standards

About You

• Previous experience as a qualified Spray Painter
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional workmanship
  • Professional presentation with clear and confident communication skills
  • Sound time management and the ability to work efficiently within a busy environment
  • A proactive attitude and desire to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team
