We are seeking a driven and hardworking receptionist with a can-do attitude to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Brisbane. Our receptionists play a crucial role in ensuring every customer has an exceptional luxury experience during their visit.

About the role:

• Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries as appropriate, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist and support customers in the dealership, ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and impeccable presentation of relevant areas.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure comprehensive coverage across the building.

About You

• Experience in a dynamic & fast-paced customer service environment 
• Excellent presentation at all times
• Highly developed customer service skills, including in person and via phone
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work on Saturday's consistently
