Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is located in the heart of Newstead. They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Valet to join our team. The Valet plays a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locating and moving vehicles around the building as required
• Assisting customers as a first point of contact for all queries
• Booking relevant transportation for customers as required
• Escalation of complaints promptly to ensure swift resolution
• Liaising with service advisors to support in day-to-day operations

About You:

• Exceptional customer service and presentation at all times
• High-level organisational skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport and handle customer complaints as required
• Valid QLD Drivers License
