Service Advisor | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane

Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience to our valued Mercedes-Benz clients while coordinating service bookings and supporting the smooth operation of the workshop.

As the key point of contact for our service guests, you will liaise closely with customers, technicians and the parts department to ensure all servicing and repairs are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate vehicle concerns and service requirements with customers
• Liaise with the workshop and parts department to coordinate repairs
• Provide accurate parts and labour estimates
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle servicing
• Prepare invoices and close repair orders in a timely manner
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Promote relevant service offerings suited to each customer’s needs

About You

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to follow processes
• High attention to detail with strong administration skills
• Confident using computer systems (ERA experience highly regarded)
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• A current and valid driver’s licence
• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (luxury brand experience advantageous)
